Data for 2017 has now been added to ABMI's species-level data.

In partnership with the Bioacoustic Unit at the University of Alberta, the ABMI announced the public launch of WildTrax: an online platform for storing, managing, processing, and sharing environmental sensor data.

Exciting finding! Two paintbrush specimens, collected in 2018, have been tentatively identified as Castilleja elegans, or elegant paintbrush.

They've done it again! At the ABMI's Processing Centre (Royal Alberta Museum), Alex Lapierre has identified a new species record for the province of Alberta from the 2017 ABMI wetland samples.
